Returns Policy

At The Hannah Collection, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns under the following conditions:

Returns Process:

Notify Us: Email info@thehannacollection.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Approval & Instructions: Once we review your request, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged after inspection.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items or gift cards.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Items that show signs of wear or damage.
